JorBabe and I have been making this for years now but in smoothie form. The other day, I felt like mixing it up and turning it into a bowl and that was probably one of the best ideas ever. For some reason, it just tasted different and I was in heaven. I was also reallyyyy craving chocolate so I added a handful of cacao nibs for some chocolate-y crunch!
♥ 1 frozen banana
♥ about 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (W/O CARAGEENAN!)
♥ 1 scoop of collagen peptides
♥ 1 scoop green superfood
♥ 1 TSP chlorella
♥ 1 TSP spirulina
♥ 1 TSP cinnamon
♥ 1 TBSP cacao powder
♥ 1 TBSP maca powder
♥ 1/2 TBSP ground flax seeds
♥ 1 TBSP peanut butter
♥ 4-5 ice cubes
♥ 1/2 TBSP hemp seeds and 1/2 TBSP chia seeds (we buy both and mix them together to make things easier:))
♥ 1 TBSP bee pollen
♥ 1 TBSP cacao nibs
Blend first 12 ingredients in a blender. I typically start with 1/2 cup or less of the almond milk. If you need more, add very small amounts at a time. It’s pretty easy to go from frozen to soup and nobody likes a soup smoothie bowl;) I used the last three ingredients as toppings but feel free to use whatever you want! Homemade granola or unsweetened coconut shreds would also be tasty!
It’s a little excessive with all that we put in it but it is oh so worth it.

As you can see, this thing is packed with the goods and we definitely feel so much better when we start our day with it. It tastes amazing and 4 years later, we still aren’t sick of it!
Sometimes we will mix it up and skip the bananas, chocolate and peanut butter and use frozen mixed berries. The berry smoothie is great for those super hot days.
